How can I integrate Virtual POS into my website / application?
Once you apply, the Paycell and Pluspay teams will open and activate your Virtual POS account.
Will I receive an invoice for Virtual POS commission fees?
At the end of each month, the commissions for your transactions will be totaled and invoiced to the merchant by Pluspay or Paycell, depending on the collection type. Invoicing for the services provided by the merchant takes place between the merchant and its customer. Contact the Pluspay team for automatic invoice generation services.
Can I accept debit card or 3D Secure payments?
Your customers can pay with credit and debit cards from any bank. You can also accept 3D Secure payments.
Can my customer pay if they are not a Paycell or Pluspay member?
Yes. They can pay immediately with any debit or credit card, whether or not they are a Paycell member or a Turkcell subscriber.
When will payments reach my account?
Payments are collected instantly. Funds may be transferred to your account on the same day, the next day, or weekly, depending on your chosen settlement plan.
